Status page subscribers and email updates

Let users subscribe to incident notifications on your public status page.

Enable subscriber notifications so visitors can opt in to email updates when incidents are posted or resolved.

  1. Enable subscriptions on your status page settings.
  2. Visitors enter their email on the public page.
  3. They receive a verification email — subscriptions activate after confirmation.
  4. Subscribers are notified automatically when you create or resolve incidents.
