Understand App Monitor incidents vs Monitoring Incidents and how to resolve them.

Track360 has two incident systems:

Incidents (App Monitor)

/incidents — tied to App Monitors and status pages. Statuses: unresolved, acknowledged, resolved. Create manually or auto-generated from monitor downtime. Visible on linked status pages.

Monitoring Incidents

/monitoring-incidents — auto-created from Alert Rules when infrastructure metrics breach thresholds. Statuses: open, resolved. Support acknowledge, assign, and postmortem notes.

Unified view

The sidebar Incidents link shows a combined view of both types. Export incident data as CSV for reporting.
