Welcome to Track360 — platform overview

Understand the Track360 dashboard, sidebar sections, and how monitoring fits together.

Track360 is an all-in-one monitoring platform for websites, APIs, infrastructure, logs, and public status communication. After you sign in and verify your email, the Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your App Monitors, open incidents, and recent performance.

Main sidebar sections

  • Infrastructure — App Monitor, Servers, Services, DNS, Ping, Cron Jobs, Containers, and more
  • Discovery — automatically find assets on your network
  • Security — SSL monitoring, blacklist checks, vulnerability scans
  • Synthetic Monitoring — multi-step website, API, and browser tests
  • Logs — ingest, search, and alert on log data
  • Alerts — alert rules, incidents, maintenance, runbooks, on-call, and SLOs
  • Analytics — reports, SLA reports, and scheduled exports
  • System — status pages, teams, and account settings

Most monitoring features require a verified email address. Plan limits (monitor counts, alert channels, retention) depend on your subscription — view yours under Settings → Plan.
