Alert escalation and snoozing

Route follow-up notifications and temporarily suppress noisy alerts.

Escalation

Configure escalation on an alert rule to send additional notifications to different channels if an alert remains unresolved after N minutes.

Snooze

Snooze an active alert rule for 30 minutes up to 24 hours to suppress notifications during known issues.

Cooldown & grouping

Cooldown prevents repeated alerts for the same condition within a time window. Grouping window combines related alerts into a single monitoring incident.
